The grapefruit (Citrus maxima L.) is a plant known by the public as fruit consumed with various properties. This plant's use well known, such antioxidants, enhancing immunity, anti-aging, and antibacterial study aimed to identify analyze chemical compounds contained in C. rind. extract was obtained maceration method using ethanol ethyl acetate solvents. fractionation process carried out Column Chromatography. Observation of thin-layer chromatography profiles UV lamps 254 366 nm. Analysis compound components GC-MS data interpretation based on Wiley 7.0 library. results EF1 fraction are ?-copaen-4-?-ol; pentadecanoic acid; hexadecanoic tetradecanoic dotriacontane; osthol; 2H-1-benzopyran-2-one, 7-methoxy-8-(3-methyl-2-oxobutyl); furfural; 6-(2,3-Dihydroxy-3-methylbutyl)-7-methoxycoumarin; 6-(iodomethyl)-5-methyl-4-oxahexanolide. identified EAF2 1-octadecanol; decane; tetracosane; hexacosane; 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid (2-ethylhexyl) ester. It can be concluded that these have biological pharmacological activities.
